At its heart, this cabernet sauvignon expresses a cool elegance that is rare in Napa valley cabernets, smooth, crisp black fruit envelops nuanced cedar notes. Wrapped around the black fruit core are hints of thyme, sandalwood and cinnamon bark This profile creates a powerful yet juicy, fruit forward cabernet that plays well with any cuisine, enticing your palate for another sip, and another bite. Soft velvety tannins entwine with elegant aromas on the finish.

Aging: 18 months in French Oak Barrels.

ASSYRTIKO

Origin of grapes: up to 50 years old Assyrtiko vines which grow in Santorini island.


Vinification: Stainless still tank fermentation under controlled temperature in order to bring out the fruity side of Assyrtiko. The wine matures on fine lees for 9 months.


Description: Notes of white blossom flowers, melon, pear and citrus fruit, combined with herbal hints and evident minerality. Fresh pallet, balanced acidity, long aftertaste.


ROSE RESERVE

VIN DE PROVENCE
Robe: The color of avra cuvee is quite clear, tending towards a salmon color with bluish reflections.


Taste: On the palate we find the fruity side, exploding with flavors, from the attack to the final with notes of citrus and peppers.


Nose: You will enjoy the nose with those citrus notes such as pink grapefruit and english candy. The second nose becomes more complex with combining notes of red berries and fresh peaches.


Sommelieres Advice: this rose represents a classic provence rose style. served with summer salads or grilled white meats. It also goes perfectly with fish and other seafood.
