VINEYARDS AND TERROIR: The grapes come from our vineyards located in Villa Alegre, 285 km south of Santiago, in Maule Valley. This place has a Mediterranean-like climate, where the winter rains are normal and the summers are dry, with marked range of temperatures between day and night. This allows the grapes to get ripe tannins, as well as excellent aromas and color concentration. Soils are a combination of sand and volcanic ash and the flat terrain gets and superb sunlight exposition.


VINIFICATION: The grapes were harvested in the middle of April. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, with selected yeasts at temperatures ranging from 26° to 28° C for a period of seven days. Before bottling, the wines are carefully stabilized and filtered to keep all the fruit.


NOTES FROM OUR WINEMAKER: Our Merlot has a bright ruby–violet color. The wine has intense with abundant notes of ripe red fruits, plum and pepper hints. Its tannins are sweet and velvety. It has a long and lingering finish. Ideal as a company for roast beef, pork, pasta and fresh cheese.


CHARDONNAY

VARIETY: Chardonnay

VINIFICATION: The grapes were harvested in early March. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, with selected yeasts at temperatures ranging from 11° to 13°C for a period of ten to fifteen days. Before bottling, the wines are carefully stabilized and filtered to keep all the fruit.


NOTES FROM OUR WINEMAKER: Our Chardonnay has a bright yellow color. Its aromas remind us of tropical fruits. In the palate is balanced with predominance of pineapple and peaches. It has a great persistence and a fresh harmony. It matches appetizers, green salads, seafood, poultry and young cheeses.


PINOT NOIR

ALCOHOL: 13%


VINEYARDS AND TERROIR: The grapes come from our vineyards located in Villa Alegre, 285 km south of Santiago, in Maule Valley. This place has a Mediterranean-like climate, where the winter rains are normal and the summers are dry, with marked range of temperatures between day and night. This allows the grapes to get ripe tannins, as well as excellent aromas and color concentration. Soils are a combination of sand and volcanic ash and the flat terrain gets and superb sunlight exposition.


VINIFICATION: The grapes were harvested in mid-March. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, with selected yeasts at temperatures ranging from 22° to 26°C for a period of ten to fifteen days. They are then transferred to French and American barrels where they are aged for 8 months. Before bottling, the wines are carefully stabilized and filtered to keep all the fruit.


NOTES FROM OUR WINEMAKER: Our Pinot Noir has an pale ruby red color. It is a sophisticated wine with notes of strawberries, soft smoke, spices and a soft notes of toasted. It has a well balanced acidity. Its ripe fruits and oak blend together to offer a perfect finish. Prefect with smoked foods, green salads, mushrooms, chicken and soft cheeses.
