ROSE BRUT

A classic pink colour with a fine and long-lasting bead, scents of red fruits and crusty bread, an elegant flavour. This cuvée of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay comes from the grapes of selected vineyards in Tauriano di Spilimbergo.

Sparkling wine-making method: Long Charmat Method (150 days).

Bead: fine and long-lasting.

Appearance: classic pink colour.

Nose: intense, long-lasting, with scents of red fruits and a background of crusty bread.

Palate: pleasant and very elegant.

Alcoholic strength: 12% vol.

Ideal serving temperature: 44-46°F

Pairings: aperitif, perfect with fish starters and oysters.


PROSECCO EXTRA-DRY

Attractive straw-yellow appearance with a fine, persistent bead. Delicate floral tones on the nose and a pleasurably soft, velvety mouthfeel. A consistently popular, lively, classic sparkling wine perfect for any festive occasion.

PINOT GRIGIO

Luminous, slightly coppery white, with an aroma that

combines different floral scents, fresh and with an

excellent body. This refined wine bestows balanced and

genuine tones, like the land from which it comes.


Origin: Friuli DOC - Estate in Tauriano (PN).

Vinification: in steel tanks.

Appearance: varyingly dark straw yellow, with a copper rim.

Nose: multilayered floral and fruity fragrances which evolve with age into a mature bouquet.

Palate: fresh and full-bodied, with light tannins.

Alcoholic strength: 12,5% vol.

Ideal serving temperature: 50-54°F

Pairings: hors d’oeuvres, fish dishes, pasta or rice dishes, soups.
